Inhealthcare is a leading digital health and telehealth provider which enables care to be delivered outside of hospital walls. They allow patients to be monitored at a time and place to suit them, without the burden of frequent clinic visits. This creates convenience for patients and reduces pressures on overstretched NHS services.
They have a library of clinically led digital health services which have all been designed by our NHS customers. They also enable NHS clinical teams to design and build their own services using the Inhealthcare Toolkit.
Founded in 2012 in the spa town of Harrogate, Inhealthcare has seen huge traction in the uptake of its digital health services, with presence now in UK major cities including London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield and Hull.
Inhealthcare had purchased Salesforce over 5 years ago and although initially it was setup well, the business had changed and the system had not changed with it. Individuals that were well versed on the intricacies of the system had left the business and the responsibility of the system had been left with guys that didn’t have time to stay on top of all of the great benefits of Salesforce. As a result the business was paying a yearly subscription to a system that they didn’t know how to operate.
