A cleaner, clearer route from product to payment
Connect the rules behind what you sell, how you price it, what the customer agrees and what eventually gets ordered and billed.
Complex deals need more than a quote template
Revenue Cloud is a lifecycle platform for managing product catalogues, pricing, configuration, quoting, contracts, orders, assets, subscriptions and billing across the customer relationship.
Art of Cloud helps organisations design the business rules behind those capabilities. We work across sales, finance, legal and operations to understand what can be sold, how prices are calculated, which approvals are needed and how an agreed deal becomes a fulfilled and billable order.
This is not a product to configure in isolation. A good solution depends on clean catalogue data, clear ownership, realistic exception handling and well-designed connections to finance, fulfilment and other downstream systems.

How we design Revenue Cloud
1.
Map product to cash. We follow the journey from catalogue and pricing through sale, contract, fulfilment, billing and renewal.
2.
Agree the commercial rules. Sales, finance, legal and operations define products, exceptions, approvals, ownership and controls together.
3.
Design the architecture. We decide what belongs in Salesforce, what remains downstream and how data and events move between systems.
4.
Build in manageable stages. We configure priority revenue capabilities and demonstrate complete journeys rather than isolated screens.
5.
Test calculations and exceptions. Users validate pricing, amendments, cancellations, fulfilment failures and finance handovers before launch.
6.
Launch with governance. We support adoption and put change control around catalogue, pricing and commercial rules.
Still have questions?
Let’s answer them
What is Salesforce Revenue Cloud?
Revenue Cloud is Salesforce’s platform for managing revenue processes across pricing, quoting, contracting, orders, subscriptions, assets and billing.
Is Revenue Cloud the same as Salesforce CPQ?
No. Salesforce CPQ is an earlier configure-price-quote product. Revenue Cloud is Salesforce’s current revenue lifecycle platform with a broader product-to-cash scope. Existing customers should assess migration and coexistence carefully rather than assuming a direct like-for-like replacement.
Do we need every Revenue Cloud module?
No. The right scope depends on the revenue models and process gaps you need to address. We recommend starting with a clear operating problem and confirming which licensed capabilities solve it.
Can Revenue Cloud support subscriptions and renewals?
Yes. The platform includes capabilities for customer assets, subscriptions, amendments, renewals and cancellations. The exact features depend on the products and licences purchased.
