Access depends on the scope. We agree the minimum practical access, handling arrangements, stakeholders and evidence required before the review begins. Read-only access is used where it can provide the necessary evidence.

100%, if you want us to. We can deliver urgent remediation, a defined improvement project or ongoing support. There is no obligation to commission the follow-on work from Art of Cloud.
