Celebrating Apprenticeship Success with Salesforce Consultant Callum
Nurturing fresh talent is more important than ever in the digital space – and we’ve always been a proud supporter of celebrating apprenticeship success.
This week we’re celebrating Salesforce Consultant, Callum Jepson, who’s just completed his Level 4 Business Analyst qualification.
He’s spent 18 months learning his stuff – with a mixture of classroom teaching and practical working. Callum had already graduated from university with a history degree before switching up his plans to become a teacher and joining the digital world.
Now Callum, 24, will be bringing his enhanced skills to his work with us as a Salesforce Consultant. He will be helping clients get the service and support they need.
As he says: “This is the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve learnt so much already and I’m going forward with great support around me.
“I had thought about teaching but decided to do what really interested me and work in digital.
“The course worked really well for me. 20 per cent teaching and 80 per cent working directly with Art of Cloud.
“Working in a team, on real projects, really builds your confidence. I was being paid a pretty decent salary while I learnt as well.
“I’m looking forward to putting my new skills to good use.”
If you know someone who would be interested in becoming a Salesforce professional and would like to be considered for one of our apprenticeships then please reach out via our contact us page.
