New Features in the Spring '25 Release!
AI Enhancements
* Agentforce Sales Coach – AI tool can analyse sales pitches and provide feedback. This is great for bringing new team members up to speed or helping prep for a new deal
* Agentforce Service Planner – can speed up response times by providing AI-generated case resolutions/summaries
* Einstein GPT Upgrade – this brilliant data tool uses even more natural language so you can receive even better client insights
Platform and UX Enhancements
* Multi-Column Sorting in List Views – You can now sort by up to five columns. This is a personal highlight of mine, no longer having to rely on CMTD Enhanced Related List as a workaround!
* Enhanced Flow Builder – Gives you even more control over your data, collections, and emails. It also means you can generate automated follow-ups and/or data cleanups without having to write code
* Streamlined Permission Set Management – This allows you to view all of the groups assigned to a permission set in one place, helping you to manage access more easily
Industry-Specific Enhancements
* Financial Services Cloud – Provides data-driven alerts that will make it easier for advisors to proactively engage with clients when the time comes for a review.
* Nonprofit Cloud – A great way to cut down on manual work and boost fundraising – via bulk pledge management and improved donor scoring
* Marketing Cloud – Keep a close eye on campaign performance via even better automated data streams and email tracking
