Brigantia were using a legacy version of ACT! Although this application helped them get out of the blocks and allowed them record the names and addresses of their prospects and customers it had it’s failings. Briganita found that they didn’t really have a clear picture of the state of their pipeline or historic achievements. ACT! was a rigid system that allowed no modification and data seemed to be hidden in far reaches of the system which is why they resorted to complex and delicate excel documents to report.
