The Challenge

Globacap received funding, hired a trail-blazing CRO with a proven track record and then set some ambitious targets to grow the organisation. 

When Globacap first started speaking to us, they were using Hubspot and it immediately started to crack under the stress of a growing organisation. Hubspot is a great tool but, by design, is rather inflexible, given they are really meant for micro-businesses as a ‘starter CRM’, serving this purpose brilliantly up until now. However, when you’re building a business that’s scaling as fast as Globacap – you need a much more scalable and flexible solution to provide that solid foundation.

Globacap want to increase revenues by 600%. They’ll need to add headcount quickly as do most FinTech/FinServ businesses in this situation. The business naturally had some fears surrounding the on-boarding of new Sales people in such a short period of time so it was very important for Art of Cloud to roll out a solution that’s easy to adopt, providing a simple user interface whilst still being able to manage a sales cycle that could be complex.
