The Challenge
Intechnology WiFi had purchased Salesforce over 5 years ago and although initially it was setup well, the business had changed and the system had not changed with it. Individuals that were well versed on the intricacies of the system had left the business and the responsibility of the system had been left with guys that didn’t have time to stay on top of all of the great benefits of Salesforce. As a result the business was paying a yearly subscription to a system that they didn’t know how to operate.
